SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Before candles leave The Jones Lounge Studio , we do a series of quality checks on each candle and product to ensure your purchase is free of defects. 

Your order is typically processed within 2-3 (two to three) business days - some delays may occur due to unforeseen situations like a global pandemic, bad weather or anything out of our control. Nowadays, most packages we send out for delivery will be left on your door step or foyer by the courier – however, if you selected a shipping option requiring a signature and you are not home to receive it and sign off for it, you will likely be responsible for picking it up at a nearby receiving depot listed on the slip left by the courier. Couriers may change their policies about this without notice and we have no control on how this is managed. 

All shipping charges are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We currently only ship within Canada and offer the following options for shipping: 

  • All orders shipped in Canada will be charged a CAD $9 FLAT FEE for shipping.  All orders over CAD $125 before taxes are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. 

  • Basic parcel shipping does not include insurance.  However, if you would like to add insurance – please contact us at thejoneslounge@gmail.com

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes that may apply. The Jones Lounge is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note if you made a purchase from another stockist carrying our products that store may have a different return policy and we have no rights to overrule what they offer in terms of a Return Policy.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused.. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thejoneslounge@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
